Founder and managing partner John Robshaw has practiced law in New York State since 1963, and through the years he has always handled estate planning, trusts, probate and related matters of real estate. He established his own law firm in 1979 and is recognized as a leader and pillar of the Buffalo community. Law partner Jeffrey Voelkl joined the firm in 1993. In addition to his law degree, he holds an LL.M. in taxation, a distinct advantage to clients in considerations of inheritance and succession. He has expansive experience in both civil and criminal law, as well as focused knowledge of estate and probate law. Mr. Voelkl is also a leader in the community and in professional organizations.
With more than 65 years of combined experience, our attorneys are eminently qualified to advise clients on estate matters.
